b. Cover letters - No resume should ever be sent without a corresponding
cover letter. Cover letters are an integral part of the job seeker's arsenal.

c. Follow-up and Thank you letters - Yes, manners do count! Employers wish
to be thanked for taking the time to speak with you. This is another opportunity
to leave a positive impression. We compose follow-up and thank you letters that
highlight your qualifications and reiterate your key selling points.
d. Curriculum Vitae (CV) - These documents are generally used in the medical,
scientific, and academic areas; however, other industries, including entertainment,
sometimes require them. CVs are credential-based and information heavy.
They are not achievement oriented.
e. Professional Marketing Documentation - These documents can be included with
your resume or left with the interviewer after your meeting. Their main purpose
is to elaborate on your accomplishments, detailing a Project
or Situation, Actions Taken, and Results or Conclusions. Leadership Initiative
documents are very important for executive and C-level job seekers.
- Biography – A professional biography is a "must have" document for executives and C-level professionals. Biographies enable the reader to gain insight into a person’s character and accomplishments. They can be used for press releases, professional speaking engagements, and internal communications.
- Branding Statement / Elevator Speech – An elevator speech is a branding statement designed to introduce you and your unique attributes. A well-written elevator speech will convey your strengths and articulate your goals within 30 seconds. Elevator speeches are excellent networking and follow-up tools.
- Leadership Initiative Documents - Leadership Initiative documents are supplementary documents that can be sent together with your resume or left behind after an interview. Their main purpose is to elaborate on your accomplishments by supplying the reader with detailed information about specific challenges and outcomes.
- References – There are two types of references – Personal and Professional. Personal (or character) references are furnished by business contacts, academic advisors, volunteer acquaintances, and other personal connections. Former bosses, co-workers, vendors, and customers are good sources for Professional (employment) references.

3. Professional Workshops
Amazing Resumes and Coaching Services is pleased to offer customized professional workshops for corporations, private, and public organizations. Our career advancement and repositioning workshops and seminars are designed to improve employee productivity, performance, and morale. Outplacement services provide job seekers with the necessary tools and training to reenter the workforce as quickly as possible.
All workshops are led by experienced career trainers and include PowerPoint presentations, participant training booklets, interactive activities, and follow-up assessments.

Participants will develop a 30-day Transition Plan which will help them assimilate into their new position. The Transition Plan will focus on setting realistic goals and measuring progress.
4. "Get That Job! A guide to writing your own resume" (For Career Advancement, Repositioning, and Outplacement candidates) Participants will use a five-step approach to guide them in preparing a professional resume. Your employees will learn to write achievement-based statements that demonstrate value based on past performance.
5. "Finding Your New Career – a personal approach to career exploration" (For Outplacement candidates) Clients will identify personal strengths, skills, and values to assist them in the exploration process. Once a career area has been determined, participants will identify transferable skills and produce job search documents that promote their value.
