Debbie Shalom, founder of Amazing Resumes and Coaching Services, is a professional writer and coach with more than 25 years of experience. She believes passionately in what she does and says that, “writing resumes and coaching others is one of the most creative, fulfilling careers that exist.”

Amazing Resumes and Coaching Services is the inspired result of Debbie’s strengths and experiences. Debbie believes that every person is unique, possessing individual skills, knowledge, and accomplishments.  Career coaching helps people identify their strengths and develop action plans to attain their goals. Resumes and other career-related documents are additional tools that capture and present a person’s unique qualities in a highly marketable format.

Debbie continuously updates her knowledge and skills and prides herself on being a “lifelong learner.” Currently, she is a member in good standing of the National Resume Writers Association (NRWA) and Career Masters Institute (CMI). In September 2006, Debbie traveled to Phoenix, Arizona for NRWA’s 9th Annual Career Conference. There she attended various resume writing workshops where she commented, “It was fascinating to interact and learn from resume writers all over the United States. I really experienced firsthand the benefits of networking!”

Although Debbie now works exclusively as a career coach and resume writer, her career began in education. She taught students, coached teachers, wrote reading curriculum, and led workshops. Today, Debbie enthusiastically shares her insight, experience, and knowledge with clients and colleagues.
